During your first exam, we’ll take down your accident information, along with the responsible party and auto insurance. We’ll work directly with the auto insurance carrier to get your claims paid. During your initial exam, we’ll go over how the entire process works, so if you have questions, don’t hesitate to ask.

Referrals
If you need to be seen by a specialist – such as an orthopedic doctor or neurologist – we’ll make sure you get seen quickly by doctors we know and trust. We’ll ask them to send your bills directly to us so that we can make them a part of your overall claim. You don’t have to worry about paying cash out of pocket every time you need speciality care. We’ll manage everything for you.

In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, call emergency medical services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT! Inform the emergency room that you are a patient of The Brooks Clinic, and they will contact us.
