Elisabeth Green FNP-BC understands the pain that patients go through after an accident and has seen her share of accident trauma. In the past, Elisabeth worked as a nurse triage specialist for an emergency department,and as a walk-in specialists for urgent care assessment.

As a nurse practitioner, Elisabeth is used to working in collaboration with other providers. She will not hesitate to call in a specialist, or to refer to surgical care when an injury warrants more treatment. She says a multidisciplinary team gives patients the best level of attention and treatment.

She is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a BS in Chemistry, and Western Governors University where she obtained her BSN. She received a masters degree in Health Promotion at The University of Oklahoma Health Science Center. Elisabeth completed her education with a MSN FNP degree at Carson-Newman University. She holds certifications by DEA, DOT, and ACLS. She is multilingual.

Elisabeth is a new mom and enjoys spending time with her family. She is a runner and a traveler.
